True and absolute oceanfront condo with a lanai (balcony) that almost hangs over the ocean. View the tide pools below where turtles and eels like to come to eat. Let the sounds of the sea lull you to sleep after your day of sightseeing or relaxing. Both bedroom and living room face the sea where you may see dolphins all year and whales when in season.

Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront complex of 39 one-bedroom condominiums. Located at the edge of Kona Town, it is off the main road providing for quiet, ocean-view relaxation from every unit. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo’s or Don the Beachcomber’s is a two-minute walk away and other restaurants are just a pleasant stroll further. You will find the white sand of Honl’s Beach less than a quarter-mile to the south and the Kona Farmer’s Market just a half-mile to the north.
The complex offers an elevator providing easy access for everyone. On the ocean side, you will find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a barbeque at the south end of the complex. Laundry machines are available on each floor.
Each unit offers assigned parking, secure WIFI, & cable TV. All units, including lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.
