Hale Kona Kai is an intimate, absolute oceanfront complex of 39 one-bedroom condominiums. Located at the edge of Kona Town, it is off the main road providing for quiet, ocean-view relaxation from every unit. Located just south of Royal Kona Resort, excellent dining at Huggo’s or Don the Beachcomber’s is a short distance away and other restaurants are just a bit further. You will find the white sand of Honl’s Beach less than a quarter mile to the south and the Kona Farmer’s Market just a half mile to the north.
The complex offers an elevator providing easy access for everyone. On the ocean side, you will find a heated saltwater swimming pool and a barbeque at the south end of the complex. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers for your use. Each condo does not have its own washer/dryer.
Each unit offers assigned parking, secure WIFI, & cable TV. All units, including lanais, are non-smoking and Hale Kona Kai is a non-smoking facility.
